I slid over a culvert down a steep driveway. Shaners refused to come down the driveway, said they were afraid they would get stuck. Richards came after, dispatch said their truck was stuck at the top of driveway and they made need to send out a truck for that one. My friends Josh and Sydney called James, he came out and he was awesome! Knowledgeable, safety was a priority for him. He assessed the situation, knew what needed to be done and pulled me out. Highly recommend J&K for all your towing needs

Had a flat tire dont wait long at all. He showed us how to get spare tire off its a teaching job for sure but he did well showing us. Plus he was helpful very fast work rain come in afterwards good timing to get it done before this nasty storm coming in.
