Cannot thank these folks enough for rescuing our sprinter van off the interstate in the middle of heavy traffic. It was absolutely terrifying to be stranded with drivers rushing around us. They got to us lightning fast and went right to getting us out and settled back at our hotel.

They charge $40 a day and somehow tacked on $600 on top of that for towing! That is ridiculous! Taking advantage of people and make it impossible to get your car back!

They are NOT a 24/7 towing company. Called at 4am, stuck in the middle of Michigan Rd, was informed their last driver goes home at 430 and would make sure he could do it. The answer was NO, he’s already at home. Was then told they wouldn’t be able to get to me until after 7, with no offer to set anything up. Just a casual “Sorry buddy!”. So much for most reliable 24/7 wrecker service in central Indiana.needless to say, not impressed.
