Well, based on my experience with this car towing service, I saw the reviews beforehand, and they're poorly recommended. There's a lot of dissatisfaction from people who have used their services or had their cars towed after an accident. To tell you about my experience, at first they were friendly. I explained that I just wanted to get my tools and documents. They were asking me what I was going to do with the car, so I didn't have to go into too much detail because I don't speak much English. But then the woman who was helping me started speaking to me in a raised voice, and I seemed to be a bit dismissive because of my Spanish. She was talking to someone else who was there, and the other person was laughing. I don't know why she was so unfriendly. What's so hard about dealing with them? I told them to take the car and that I'd be charged, but they still charged me $490 even though I left the car there. It's outrageous, but they did complete the whole process. My only recommendation is that you speak Spanish or English. Treat people well if you don't fight or argue or anything, because you have to treat them a little badly, because everything was done, I got my tools out, the debt was paid off, and I'm not doing too badly or too well, because they're just doing their job. But like I said, if you already understand people who don't speak much English, we try to learn. Not everything was clear to me; I felt very uncomfortable with the tone of voice, but everything else was handled correctly. It was easy to access, and thank you for responding.

Bring in what you're supposed to have! These people were very easy to work with. All the other people that gave bad reviews seemed to just not have what they require you to have. So for everyone crying and getting mad then you should have brought what was needed. Very simple

Would give ZERO stars if possible. These people are incompetent and refuse to accept any accountability. They lost my $300 key fob, said I never gave it to them when I clearly did, then they placed my car in their "tow yard" on top of other car parts including a car door and bumper cover which got hung up under my car. When I sent them photos of this, they accused me of planting the parts there myself. RIDICULOUS! There are junk cars in their tow yard, not in my driveway. Just look at their dismissive responses to their bad reviews here on Google to see the way they treat their customers. They take ZERO responsibility for their rudeness and incompetence and redirect blame. Completely unprofessional.
