I needed a tow yesterday. I originally called one in at 2:30 PM through Triple A, but somehow the request got disconnected. I called again at 4 PM, and this time Triple A connected me with Brookside Towing. I was blessed to have Ramon as my driver, and I truly believe that man was sent straight from God.<br><br>Ramon made everything go flawlessly. His energy is unmatched, and you can instantly tell he has a genuinely good heart. Even though I was upset about my car shutting off completely, he made me forget about the stress. He offered great advice, stayed positive, and turned a bad situation into a smooth experience.<br><br>I want Brookside to know how lucky they are to have someone representing their company the way Ramon does.
