If I knew someone was going threw a hard time and their car was impounded and they had a lot of other issues going on that would severely impact their life, idc I would do my best to help. Not these people. They just say “ technically it’s not your property anymore” “idk what you have to do you go figure it out” and they obviously knew what to do to help me. They simply did not care and were extremely rude and extremely judgmental. I truly think this place is evil. We Started working on Showing places they have contracts with how they treat people so hopefully we get these demons out of business and get them out of our town

DO NOT USE THEM! My daughter’s car got totaled last night and when we called today to see about getting her belongings, they said it would be almost $600 if she wanted her stuff! WHAT?!?? Never in my life have I been told this by a towing company. Not only that, but they said she has to pay for 2 days worth of storage fees when it hasn’t even been there for 24 hours! Seems like they let some people slide without paying anything for their belongings and others are forced to pay an outrageous amount. Definitely not worth it.

The lady working there was very helpful and so nice. I think Shannon was her name. It was expensive but they all are and the guy that actually towed car was very nice and professional.
