Called for a lock out and battery jump for my college student and they were so helpful! It is always rough when you are far away, but Jim's was quick on the phone and then quick to get her unlocked and the battery jumped. The pricing was reasonable and I was able to take care of the fee over the phone! Hopefully I won't have to call again, but it is awesome knowing Jim's offers such great service with a smile!

Marsha the receptionist was really nice and tried her best to helped me as soon as possible while they have to assess with police incidents. My car was at IvyTech. Other tow services I called is unavailable or far away, one even cost $230, here it cost $57 for battery emergency start.

They are amazing to work with! They deal with upset people everyday and they could tell I was stressed, but they definitely made lighter of the situation and were quick to come help! They thanked me for talking nicely and they answered every question I had and definitely did not hide any fee! Upfront and honest! Would use them again!
