Excellent, prompt service in the middle of an awful snow storm! Andrew arrived quickly after the call was placed, and had no issues getting my car out of a deep ditch in the freshly fallen snow. He helped knock the snow off and made sure my car was positioned safely and ready to go. Surprisingly affordable as well! Would absolutely recommend. Thank you, Andrew!

We had a Freightliner bus break down in Cedar Rapids which is over 4 hours away from our base, and Darrah’s came to the rescue. From the very first call, Chris was incredibly kind, calm, and efficient. He told me he’d have someone out in about 90 minutes, but to my surprise, the technician arrived in closer to 30. That alone blew me away, especially coming from Chicago where response times are rarely that fast.<br><br>The technician was knowledgeable and skilled, got right to work, and had us back up and running quickly. Thanks to them, we avoided having to send a rescue bus, deal with expensive towing, and disrupt our trip any further.<br><br>I truly hope we don’t break down in Cedar Rapids again, but if we ever do, I know exactly who I’m calling. Huge thanks to Chris and the entire team at Darrah’s for outstanding service!
