They’ll tell you one price over the phone after explaining everything you have, just to get you to come there & when you get there, they’re rushing you to head to the back while I’m speaking to him to confirm the price for what I have, ignoring what I said he says let’s go to the back & check everything & gives you someone who’s English isn’t good so no more asking questions, unload & keep moving, when paid & when confronted on price in their office they said the exact opposite on what they said on the phone, literally openly committing fraud. Sad & pathetic.

This place was a rip off. Brought in a bunch of aluminum and they called it dirty aluminum gave a straight steel price for it. Had to unload most of it ourselves and and had to go to three different places. Had a 2500 Dodge and a 20 x 8 ft trailer pack full got $113 drove 30 miles to get there. makes you sick to your stomach. I feel like we just got robbed. Bad unfriendly service too. Not recommended

If I could give the place a zero rating I would. We took a lot of heavy items and a large aluminum item and was told they would pay us steel price for it. They were so rude and made us go to several places to drop off and unloaded heavy items ourself and they made us put back on and move it again. Didn't get paid for some items. They told us we could donate them. We have gone several times in the past and none of this has ever happened and we got 3 times the amount of money for smaller loads. Something has changed.
