I’m a single mother and I Waited over 2 hours and AAA didn’t show up. I called EW frantically hoping they could help and they were able to get someone to me In 20 minutes. I wish I would have started with them in the first place. Worth every penny for me and my son to not be stranded any longer. Thank you so much EW and the friendly tow man that showed up to save the day.

This place is a total ripoff the lady in the office leaves at 5:00 which is the time that the guy that does the towing comes on to work. So no matter what you'll be paying an extra day. They ARE A predatory tow service, they charge over the legal $30 a day for storing. And then really have the nerve to not even give you a receipt even when asked.<br>I'M ACTUALLY IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THESE CON ARTISTS, IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY REIMBURSE THAT I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR. THEY TOWED MY CAR WHEN I WAS NOT EVEN THERE I DIDN'T EVEN ASK THEM TO I CALLED THEM SIMPLY TO GET A PRICE. AND THEY NEEDED THE ADDRESS AND WHERE I WOULD WANT IT TO GO SO I CAN GET A PRICE ON WHAT IT WOULD COST. AND THEY JUST DID IT ANYWAY WITHOUT SEEING ME TALKING TO ME ANY OF THAT. THE CARS ARE STORED AT THEIR HOME IT'S NOT EVEN A LOT<br><br>I ended up paying these people almost $1,000, and I had my car for like 5 days when I didn't even ask him to take it anywhere. And I know this might come from my experience with them, but in my opinion they were kind of racist.<br><br>If I were you I would not even call to get an estimate man because they're subject to go get your car whether you're there or not......

My Jeep overheated and stranded my son on the side of the highway. I paid this company $144.85 for my vehicle to be towed to my home. The driver tore my entire driveshaft out of my vehicle and told me that they were not taking responsibility for the damage that they did. Terrible company and very rude.
