I know not many people have good reviews on towing and recovery businesses, but this company . They are very nice and caring ppl. They are so helpful and will do whatever possible in their power to assist you. Wonderful God fearing ppl and I'm so appreciative for them.<br>UPDATE:<br>Let me say that I thought they were good ppl but I stand corrected.<br>Went to clean it my car and we come to see that things were missing. We are missing money, beach umbrella, hand made birthday cards and more. They also took my disability decal, wth. When we went to ask about the missing items we were told that the vehicle was in the same place since it's been there. Well that says nothing because the vehicle didn't have to move for things to be taken out of it. We know they went in the vehicle because they had the title that was in the vehicle.<br>We felt so violated to see all of our things thrown around and missing. It was already hard enough that we had to give up the vehicle but to take things from us was just heartbreaking. It really hurts that you can't trust a business to keep your things safe.

Epoxy Hero

We were installing an epoxy floor out Tates Creek Road extended during this big snowstorm and our truck slid off the driveway. This company came out within 45 minutes and got us right back where we needed to be in a very efficient manner. I appreciate their attention to detail and how quick they came out and gave us a hand. I’ll definitely use them in the future if I ever need a tow.

You can’t trust this tow company, they don’t follow KY law and I’ve heard of a lot of ppl’s stuff being stolen from cars on their lot, they overcharged me & I filed a complaint against them and received some money back! Know your rights before dealing with these dishonest ppl bc they will take advantage! My first review disappeared so this is my second
