Today, the nicest young man came to help with my car. Although I do not know his name, he was efficient, polite, friendly, intelligent ( knew what needed to be done and completed the job.<br>My car had to go to lexus to complete transaction. He was careful with my car.<br>This was around 5:00PM. I wish I knew his name in order for anyone calling in for help could ask for him.<br>If he reads this and knows it is about him;<br>I thank you.

DO NOT USE LAZO! (Alert!!!They have suddenly added a bunch of fake reviews to drown out mine )<br><br>I don't think they're insured. An employee dropped a car into our garage today when their equipment failed and the owner refuses to take our call. The owner told the poor hourly worker it's his problem to clean up. Absolutely terrible horrible company. Avoid at all costs!<br><br>** UPDATE to their sketchiness:<br><br>Maria from LAZO said she is "not at liberty" to share their insurance information, once again indicating likely that LAZO IS NOT INSURED. I will be contacting the Kentucky Department of Insurance.<br><br>Maria had the gall to offer us $110, supposedly to cover the full repair. Nevermind the reputable estimates we've gotten for $2-3k.<br><br>RUN RUN away from these unscrupulous clowns!!

We just used Lazo Towing for our broken down car. Jabeer in truck #2 was very nice and professional. Once he arrived, he offered us water and then got the car loaded quickly and drove us home, which was 50 miles away. He was a very safe driver. I would highly recommend him and use them again.
