Scott was referred to me by my transmission shop. Scott was great to work with as he listen to the details of the situation with my daughter’s vehicle and offered excellent advice and explanation. Scott presented several options that fit my daughter’s situation and did not just go with whatever was most profitable for the business. They offer what I consider to be an excellent warranty on the transmission with the overall price being well below what I found with my research. Now that I know about Schram Auto Parts, they will be my first call whenever I need parts for my vehicles.

Great customer service. I was in need of a transmission and my mechanic suggested I reach out to Scott at Schram as the dealer was quoting me $6,000 for a new transmission. Scott was able to find me a great deal with a generous warranty to deliver the next day. He took the time to answer my questions and explain how the warranty process would work should I have issues. Highly recommend.
