I took my Cadillac Escalade in for service and I can’t say enough great things about this auto shop! Rob truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of from start to finish. The service was excellent, the pricing was very reasonable, and most importantly, they were completely honest and transparent throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was how quickly they were able to diagnose an issue with my vehicle that another shop had misdiagnosed. Rob explained everything clearly and made sure the repair was done the right way..no pressure and no upselling. I was so pleased with my experience that I already recommended them to a friend, and they were treated just as fairly and respectfully. Ever since I was referred to Chris’s shop by a friend, I am so glad to have a service shop I can trust.
