DO NOT USE PAK TOWING<br>This was one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had with a towing company. My insurance company assigned PAK Towing after my car broke down on the side of the highway. I called and explained clearly that I would leave the vehicle there and take an Uber, and they AGREED to it. To make things easier for the driver, I even went out of my way to attach a GOOD QUALITY jumper cable to the antenna so the car could be spotted easily.<br><br>When the driver finally dropped my vehicle off, I was told the jumper cable “wasn’t there.” Well guess what—it WAS there when I left the car, and now it’s GONE. Missing. Stolen. Whatever you want to call it, the fact is their driver was the only one there, and now I’m out a perfectly good jumper cable.<br><br>This is completely unprofessional, careless, and downright shady. If this is how they treat customers—losing or taking items left with a vehicle—how can anyone trust them? I will NEVER use this company again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid them too.

Dont use them at all unless you want to be stranded. My insurance company set a tow with them and they decided to cancel after leaving me on the road for 2 hours. Clearly they dont know how to run a business.
