This towing company has been illegally towing vehicles from my neighborhood every night around midnight. One of the workers appears to be on the spectrum, which makes it difficult to communicate with him, and the other usually wears camouflage overalls like a hunter. Their towing fees are outrageously high — nearly double the standard rate in D.C.<br><br>When I returned to the spot where my truck was towed, I noticed a piece of duct tape about 20 feet from the stop sign — I can only assume that’s their version of “proper signage.” I plan to bring this issue up at the next HOA board meeting, as companies like this have no place in our community.

PETTY, UNCALLED for TRIFLING people. My dad’s pick up truck got towed from IN FRONT of our door while he was literally unloading firewood taking it to the back yard. These companies look for ANY reason to snatch a car. I guess Big Ben just lucked up and came in the neighborhood and said oh yeah let’s get this one!! You people are truly pathetic. 290$ later and the truck was literally not even parked there for 5 mins LITERALLY. I will never have anything nice to say about ya Big Ben.

There are officers that know exactly how cricket this place is. Their TikTok page also has 3 videos of this mom on their page about her treatment toward her baby and trying to publicly embarrass the mom. The mom must of really hit a nerve with them because it proves they play games only they can win, especially knowing they didn’t give the mom her right paperwork the first time… which caused her to get towed again. They are known for pushing people to limits of insanity to get a GREAT reaction out of them. This place is so unprofessional…. Especially with the content they post on their social media regarding their customers that keep them in business. They could be facing a great law suit with the games they are playing.
