Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this company. My husband called for a tow around 10am and was given a quote and was asked to text the pick up and drop off addresses, which he did right away. After that, we never heard back. We called to get an update multiple times but no one answered or followed up.<br>We weren’t in a rush and tried to be patient, but after waiting 7 hours with zero updates, we had no choice but to contact another towing service. A simple call or text to let us know they couldn’t do it would have been the respectful and professional thing to do. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this company based on our experience.

Very quick and respectful service. Answered my call quickly and the tow was here in ~10 minutes. Tow driver was super friendly and helpful! Knew what he was doing and was able to get my car on the bed even in a tight spot. The whole thing only took about 5 minutes and he brought me to the shop I needed to go to. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Really? Do you drop cars like this?<br>In the middle of the road and opposite direction? Knowing that there is 2 hours parking zone and the vehicle has bad engine? How am I suppose to bring it inside the garage?<br>Rude driver and bad customer service<br>Don’t recommend
