I want to sincerely thank Murray’s Towing for their outstanding service. After calling every towing company in Burlington and Woburn with no luck, Murray’s was the only one that responded right away — and they arrived within 30 minutes.<br><br>Our tow truck driver, Zack, was exceptional. His communication was excellent, and he was caring, patient, and very flexible. What truly stood out was how delicately and respectfully he handled our car. We’ve had tow truck drivers in the past who were rough and rushed, but Zack treated our vehicle with real care, making sure everything was done safely and gently.<br><br>I also want to highlight how impressive Murray’s equipment is — their trucks are brand-new, clean, and extremely well-kept. It gave us even more confidence that our car was in the right hands.<br><br>Thank you, Murray’s Towing, and a special thank you to Zack for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience. Twice my junk cars have been towed (2024 & 2026) by Murray’s towing and both times Fran, who I believe is the owner, has worked with me to come to a reasonable arrangement (btw both times I reached out 2-3 months after the tow date). Even though he didn’t have to, and could have profited greatly off of my illegal parking, he waived all the fees the first time, and the majority the second time, as well as cancelling the court process for vehicle abandonment in the same hour that I had reached out. As far as I can tell from my interactions , Fran is someone with integrity who won’t exploit someone in an unfavorable position, and instead is someone who is upfront about the process he follows and is even willing to make concessions (waiving fees) after hearing the situation. Based on my experiences, I would recommend Murray’s towing to anyone who asked me.

Keep your distance

Murray’s Tow in Woburn is one of the shadiest towing companies I’ve ever dealt with. They quoted me $180 for a short 15-minute tow, and everything seemed fine until we got to the destination. That’s when the driver switched up and said I had to pay another $75 or he wouldn’t drop my car. Straight extortion. When I tried calling the office to sort it out, they refused to answer my calls. I had to use my wife’s phone just to get through, and the second I told them their driver changed the price, they hung up on me. That’s how they run business fake quotes, no integrity, and zero respect. They literally hold your car hostage until you pay more. Absolutely disgusting company. Stay far away from Murray’s Tow.
