Luke was AMAZING!! So patient and kind. The van I had a flat on, had to have the tire lowered and had a lock on the tire itself. The car was rusty and hard to maneuver, but Luke did it all with a smile. It was toughest tire change ever, and took a lot of grit, but Luke did fantastic!! I highly recommend & would call Brewer’s again anytime I needed service. They also arrived within an hour of calling.

My wife and I were returning from a trip when something in the road sliced one of our tires. Being a Corvette, the run-flats are useless when slashed—and of course, Corvettes don’t come with spare tires. Since we were from out of town and unsure of who might show up to help or what kind of service we’d get, I had no choice but to Google "roadside assistance."<br><br>A call was made, and a tow truck arrived at our location within about 20 minutes. Thankfully, God was looking out for us because the gentleman who showed up—in a clean, well-presented tow truck—was absolutely the right person for the job. He took great pride in safely mobilizing the car for transport and drove my wife and me to a Discount Tire, where the tire was replaced and we were back on the road within a couple of hours.<br><br>Billing was simple—an invoice was sent to my phone, which made paying a breeze. You won’t find anyone more professional or capable than Brewer's Towing.

I was driving on Independence Road and my ball joint snapped luckily I wasn’t hurt was very shaken up though so Kenton County police Was very helpful so they called for the tow and I ask if he could tow to my house and he said he couldn’t because he was on call but he could the next morning I called 1030am The next morning and I ask what time he could tow my car to my house and his response was”I CANT TOW IT MY WRECKER IS GOING TO GARBAGE GETTING SOME WORK DONE THIS WAS 12 HOURS LATER!! LONG story short, $503 and I had to pay another $80 to have it towed to my house !! That was daily storage fee for three days And to have it towed from Independence to Walton !! Shame on you !!! You ripped me off and got away with it!! You Reap what you SOW !! Beware if your car breaks down!! They will rip you off and get away with it!!
