My car’s transmission went out on me as I was trying to leave for work. I work in Zeeland but live in Kalamazoo so it’s quite a ways to get home without a working car. I called Lawrence Towing a little frantic and not knowing if I should tow it somewhere local or back closer to home. They were able to give me quotes on both options and were super nice and helpful throughout the whole process! I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do so they let me decide and call back if I needed to but would still hold the quote for me. Called back maybe 15 minutes later after deciding what I wanted to do and they were there to pick up my car within 30 minutes! Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and understanding of the stressful situation. I would highly recommend them to any one of my friends or family!

On our drive back from Grand Rapids to South Haven, we ended up with a flat tire after hitting something in the road because we heard it pop and we were out on a quiet backroad. We heard a weird sound, pulled over, and sure enough the tire had popped. Thankfully, there was a farm right there where we could wait safely.<br><br>A sweet couple in a blue truck even stopped to check on us (so kind!) but we had already called a tow truck. They originally said it would be 30–45 minutes, but to our surprise, they showed up in less than 10!<br><br>Our driver, Hunter, was super professional and kind. Since we weren’t from the area and had no idea where to go for a replacement, he recommended Belle Tire in Holland just 15 minutes away and even made sure they could fit us in before closing at 5.<br><br>We were so thankful for how quickly and smoothly everything went. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow in the Holland, Michigan area, we definitely recommend Lawrence Towing and a huge thanks again to Hunter for the excellent service!

Needed a tow due to a flat tire. My spare popped the bead and was unusable. Waited over 3 hours for the insurance company to find a tow truck, but the ETA was going to be after the tire shop was closed. I contacted Lawrence Towing via text message and got a callback from them only a few minutes later. They sent a truck to my location and it arrived within 15 minutes! Excellent, speedy, and affordable service. I will definitely call them first with any towing needs in the Holland area if I need it in the future!
