This place is amazing. My son lives in Kalamazoo and driving home. His car broke down in Lansing. I live in Oxford. Which is about 80 miles away. I drove up to Lansing and we had the car towed To the shop. The personal customer service was incredible. We went over the problem with the car and a couple of the ideas that it might be they Explained everything to me I could understand this was later in the day and they were already closed. The next morning I got a quote we have text which was extremely convenient. It was very exact and precise and told me what my car needed. I gave them the go-ahead to Do the repair in the afternoon I drove back to Lansing and picked up my son's car. I thought the cost was extremely fair. The customer service was better than I've ever had. At any other repair shop.<br>Thank you so much<br>Geoff

Great experience with these guys, mysterious clunk in the rear-left. I was concerned It was a safety issue, so they worked me in quickly to at least rule that out with a visual inspection. Diagnosed quickly, had no problems. Super friendly, didn't make me feel stupid for telling them my ideas about it. Super clean, organized and disciplined. I'll be back!

At one place I was told my alternator needed to be replaced costing over $1000. I took it to Dykstra‘s. They ran some test and confirmed my alternator did not need to replace whether it was just a loose wire only costing me $75. 10 out of 10 recommend this place very reputable and trustworthy, especially as a young woman! Felt super comfortable there. Johnny is great!!
