I called and asked for a certain car part. The guys looks in his computer and says he has the part I'm looking for. Since it was a small exterior part I asked if that could take it off first to verify that it was still good. They took it off then called me, and I immediately went and purchased it. Awesome no lost time.

Loved it! They even let me try the part on first to see of it worked before they took my money. Finally, REAL customer appreciation. I will ALWAYS call there FIRST!
