Broke down on the freeway (lost communication to all of my ignition coils due to wires melting) Called up Chief's Towing, within 5 minutes they were hooked up to me and even brought dollys to keep the rear wheels off the ground (RWD car) They let us work on the car to fix the wiring (they even let me borrow some electrical tape!) and was able to drive it right off the lot. Very fair pricing and professional attitude. Thanks guys!

They had an employee named Andre call and threaten me on my personal number that they were going to scrap my car after it had been in their lot for 4 days no courtesy call to say come get your car out. Turns out he was working with the theif who was trying real hard to get my car back after being arrested in it . They showed up to tow my buddys truck and didn't bring a big enough truck from the jump then price gouged him and said he couldn't do anything about the price of the tow and was mad at him for not showing up with a big enough truck to tow it the first time and blamed my friend on the side of the road for his negligence. Your better off towing the car yourself than dealing with this sketch ball company,ndo yourself a favor and go elsewhere with your towing needs.

I was having quite a rough day, and then of course my car breaks down!!! Dennis showed up promptly and was so incredibly kind. He was easy to talk to as he towed my car and was very knowledgeable about what he does. Thank you for your help!
