I called this company because they're close to MCTC where the car was parked. I told them it was parked in the garage. They quoted me $230. Okay, fine. Then they called back to get the clearance for the garage. I didn't know because it is my partner's car and they were there, so they called my partner. While talking to her, they said they didn't know it was a garage (but they'd call to get the clearance for the garage....oookaaay) and it might cost more. Nope. They're already quoted me a price and I had told them it was in a parking garage, so I said I wouldn't pay more but they could refund the $230 and I'd call another tow company. They fumbled around and said they'd "ask the driver" if he'd do it for the quoted price. I guess he said yes. They said it would be about an hour. They had also confirmed the height clearance with my partner. An hour later they called and said they couldn't get in because their truck was too tall, albeit they'd confirmed the height clearance before. Now they're "asking a friend if they can borrow his shorter truck..? And will call back "soon".<br>This company is a mess. I do not recommend unless you want to deal with the run-around and baloney.

Slid into a snowbank in Minneapolis—classic MN fail. Timber towing company yanks me out in like 2 seconds, cracking jokes the whole time. Hilarious rescue, wallet intact. Bravo!

Safe, patient, and cheapest of the lot here in MN. Sort of a gamble but they moved my merc out of a a partking garage with a wheel lift kit for a reasonable price
