He was able to squeeze us in for some minor repairs without an appointment and was very communicative throughout the repairs. Top notch service on my 200500 mile Outback ! Can't recommend them enough!!! After getting a quote for 5k-6k from a different mechanic, I wanted a second opinion from Subaru. Morries's Brooklyn Park confirmed the issue was my transmission and that it was going to be an expensive fix.<br><br>Tyler submitted a warranty claim on my behalf, and THANKFULLY, the entire transmission and install was covered at no cost to me. *Keep in mind, I did not purchase an extended warranty on my 2019 Ascent*<br><br>Tyler went above and beyond, far exceeding my expectations. SO glad I didn't go through with the first mechanic because they wouldn't have gone to bat for me. Plus, their pricing for an alignment and diagnostic was higher than the dealership.<br><br>To wrap it up, I would literally give my right arm to Tyler <br>Cody was helpful too.
