The service guy that helped me get my truck running AND replaced my batteries at an extremely good price. The price was close to all other shops and the service guy wanted to make sure I made it safe to my destination. I am a senior citizen traveling alone and that young man deserves recognition for his service. He had to take some parts off to get to the second battery. This IS human kindness and I appreciate him and all he did. I am extremely satisfied.

I needed my vehicle towed this evening and AAA sent Collins Brothers. They communicated with in 5 minutes of my request for service to AAA, the caller was very polite, and very thorough with making sure the details were good, location, things like that. The driver was also very polite, and first question he asked was if everyone was alright because of the colder weather, and to make sure we had found transportation. I appreciated the fact we were treated as human beings and not just another job. He communicated with us really well making sure he knew exactly where to drop off. All around very satisfied, with the service. So thank you Collins Brothers. And if for some reason I ever need assistance again they will be the one I would call.

Duluth Mn. Should have been easy but not so much. The drivers/techs really know they’re stuff! We were on 7 bridges rd, only vehicle, stopped to take a picture, 4WD engaged. All by itself my Truck just slid into ditch, super icy. Wrecker showed and hooked up. Wrecker started sliding also but driver acted quickly and stopped it. 2 wrecker drivers finally got us out and stayed till we backed down the road,turn around head out. Multiple vehicles were getting stuck but we were the first and they made us the priority! Didn’t get their names but if that read this they know who they are. THANK VERY MUCH!! It was a stressful situation for us but you guys made it sound like just another day at the office. Very cool! So glad your company came to our rescue!
