This company is a joke they damage our building.<br>They have not been liable for damages the front desk is unresponsive I wouldn’t use them at all they simply do not know how to use a tow truck look at the picture dropping the pickup out of the bed of the tow truck.

Extremely rude and unpleasant man. Tried to tell me he was going to refuse to allow me to have my vehicle when I was there trying to pay for it. One price given on the phone and upped it when I got there by $200. Treated me like I was stupid and wrong. Yet the invoice stated the same price that he stated on the phone. Refused to give me an accurate reciept and wouldnt give me my car if I didnt pay the $200 extra. Would only accept cash. CAN ANYONE SAY TAX FRAUD.

I made a phone call to them while I walked home after my car broke down at Albertsons. The girl on the phone asked simple questions... Where is the car, where is the key, where do you want it and what's your phone number. Was told someone would be there within an hour to get it. Received a phone call 40 minutes later from the tow driver saying that my car was already towed and and dropped off at the mechanic. Gave him my credit card information over the phone and it was done. It was a little expensive... A few pennies shy of $160 for a 2 mile tow but very convenient and fast. Very happy with the service.
