The customer service at that place is terrible. I bought a part for a truck and went to that place to return it or to have it exchanged for the one I needed, and they didn't exchange it or give me my money back. I feel scammed because they didn't return my money or change the part that I bought from them, There has to be some government entity that controls this kind of thing.<br><br>I did not buy any mechanical parts, I bought a step for Mack, and the model they sold me did not match the model of the truck, so I returned to your store so they could exchange it for the model I needed. I brought the step in the box as I bought it in the store and they did not give me any option to exchange it or return my money. I was very kind and asked for help but they did not help me solve anything.
