Very Patient , Great Price , Well Taken Care & Came in time .<br>Zebellas towing company definitely did more than expected ! Definitely recommend this towing team and when nobody wanted to come out to tow my car and tool box, they did it. Definitely will be using their services again ! 10/10

scammers, towed my car in a parking zone where i’ve parked before no penalties until yesterday. sign says car $220 adm fee $35 9-5pm my car was parked @5:10pm i come back to my car @6pm it’s gone i call the business they tell me i can’t pick up my car they are closed after 5pm, you can’t give me the car back but you can take it after 5? i go to the place to pick up my car they say you can get it back if you pay all the fees they charged an overnight fee of $50 and they only had it there for 2/3 hrs max spent more time arguing with the guy for a receipt than getting the car out of the lot they had it parked. guy tells me i can’t give you a receipt the office is closed, i need a receipt as proof they took my car since it’s awd if they towed it improperly i have the right to sue for the damage expenses. guy tells me office is closed no way to give you a receipt finally the guy gives in to give me a receipt he had a booklet in the tow truck for receipts. waste of time. have video evidence of him wanting to rip the receipt out of my husbands hand when he asked why was he overcharging with the overnight fee if it’s only been a few hours. disgustingly rude. lack of respect. i encourage anyone who has the same issue to contact the BBB because they are scamming with these overcharges

Predatory, greedy, and shameless. This towing company doesn’t enforce parking, they ambush people. They sit in lots waiting for someone to step away for minutes so they can instantly hook the car and demand money.<br><br>I was gone for FOUR MINUTES and somehow that was enough time for them to be fully attached and ready to steal $250. No warning, no grace period, nothing. Just a cash grab disguised as a service.<br><br>Their entire operation is built on catching people off guard and forcing payment before you can react. It’s a legalized scam and everyone should know exactly how they operate. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being hunted for profit.
