02/15/26 Came here to pick up a U-Haul, couldn’t leave with it because they parked their truck right in front of it.<br><br>Update, turns out there was someone in the building. After calling this establishment, waiting over an hour, having to cancel the reservation with U-Haul, someone walks out and moves their tow truck and drives away.<br><br>02/16/26 Good morning, actually I called uhaul where they refunded me directly, you guys helped with nothing. When scheduling for the uhaul they randomly assign you a truck where I called again asking for a different one and they said they couldn’t give me one because you guys are the ones that reset the codes everyday. when I took the key back I was already on the phone with uhaul where they already confirmed my order and allowed me to take the key back. so do not respond with a backhanded attitude trying to act like you helped when you did nothing. as calling clearly did nothing we continued to bang on the door and speak into the cameras with no response. meanwhile you had an employee there the entire time ignoring us. your lack of social awareness to park a tow truck DIRECTLY in front of the uhaul knowing it is self service and randomly assigned shows your care for your company as a whole, which is clearly incompetent, disrespectful and disregardful. if you actually charged me twice I have the screenshots and call recordings from me and uhaul. Thank you for the response though.

Fraudulent and Worst towing company and the funny thing is they deal with only police tow, yet they don't want to follow Consumer Affairs laws of NJ. Their shady practices need to be investigated by the Consumer Affairs and Attorney General of NJ. I am preparing to make a fraud complaint with these 2 agencies. I have all my evidence and recordings. The ladies at the front desk are trained to milk you for their "BOSS." There are duplicate charges on their bill, and you need to fight it because money is hard to come by and they will fraud you without caring.

my car was towed here , didnt get a card from the tower to even know which company took my car , then when i finally pick it up , 2 days in a row i went and they couldnt even get my car out because of lot errors , the lot guy says he will call the owner to see if he can work on the cost of the fees to release the car since they made me go 2 days in a row to pick up my car and not even be able to get it out , never received a call , and paid $700 in fees
