My wife and I drove from Jamaica Queens to an, “at your service greeting”. We checked in and as soon as the pen hit the table Juan our sales rep greeted us in a non intrusive manner. Juan was patient and accommodating. He ensured all our concerns were addressed. When it came to pricing Juan understood our preferences and did everything in his power to meet them. From the show room to handing the keys with a fist bump at the door Juan meet our expectations.<br><br>That is until we left the lot. We soon discovered that this dealership lacks integrity.<br><br>Be careful the too good to be true red carpet treatment is shady.<br><br>The outside plush as you can see. But. The brakes were shot. We had to get all new brakes and rotors. Two tires were dry rotted. We replaced the tires and the under carriage was badly rusted.<br>They offered to do the brakes but were glad we didn’t because we would not have realized how bad the damage was.<br><br>So they gave us a temporary license plate that expired before we received our registration “Facts” After numerous attempts to correct it we were told they cant extend the plates. Meanwhile both NY and NJ DMV states they should are able to. Again Be in the know after a month they had not submitted our registration request “FACTS” so we called and called and called and called some more. That fist bump at the door became a you get the hand. And that red carpet treatment turned into a one night stand.<br>so after calling around and being placed on hold during phone transfers. We ended up having to work with the DMV and request our own registration.<br><br>Deal with this dealership with CAUTION IS ALL WE’RE SAYING!<br><br>UnHappy Owners of a 2018 Toyota Corolla<br>- The fam from Queens

I have to say that this dealership really has a fascinating inventory. But before I pick up our vehicle, the sales man Peter promised us he is going to change all the 4 tiers and transmission fluid as well as the battery. However. When we come to pick up the car I personally checked the front two tiers. And they did not change anything. So I went to Peter and asked him if they changed all the tiers. He literally lied in front of face saying that they changed the rare two tiers and they changed the transmission fluid and the battery. So I believed him. And drove back to home, had my uncle checked the car. We found out that Peter did not changes anything on this vehicle except the battery. Which makes me really mad and disappointed. So plz do not sign anything before the dealership fix or changes anything on your car.
