I never in my life thought I would be writing a 5 star review for a company that towed my car for parking illegally but here we go.<br><br>I parked in a place I knew I should not be parking, plain and simple. I got towed. Ultimately very annoying, but my own fault. However, when I went to pick up the car, the towing company had informed me that the tie rod snapped when they unloaded it. They owned it 100% and were completely honest with me about it.<br><br>More than that, they even got it repaired for me next day AND covered the cost of the repairs.<br><br>Look getting your car towed SUCKS. But these guys are professional and honest. If I ever need a tow in the future, this is my first call.

Had one of the best experiences with them. When I called late afternoon for towing, specifically a wrecker, the receptionist greeted kindly and explained she can schedule one for me the next morning 8:30am. Although I needed one immediately I waited till the next morning.<br><br>The next morning came around she called to check in on me at 8:15 to let me know they will be there 8:30 as promised. I ran late but they were already there waiting for me.<br><br>They stick to their words and are trustworthy.

I had a terrible experience with this place. My car was towed due to a DMV error, yet I still had to pay to have it released. When I asked Grace, the manager/owner, to explain the additional fees I was being charged, she immediately became rude and unprofessional.<br>Instead of answering my questions, she made sarcastic comments about why my car was towed, called my girlfriend “miserable,” and refused to clearly explain the charges. She then tried to intimidate me by saying she was calling the sheriff’s office, even though I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. When I asked her to stop being rude, the behavior continued.<br>To make matters worse, my iPhone car charger was missing from my vehicle when I got it back. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. What a miserable place!
