they have a new rule where they only pick up 3 bags of trash. if i have more trash, it costs extra to be picked up. they never told me this in my contract and it doesn’t show that anywhere on the website. i’m paying $500 a month for this, insane.

I have been working with IWS for 6yrs, with multiple sites in NJ. When you are working on a project, garbage should be seamless. IWS delivers and picks up when I need it. No drama, no excuses, just great service. Concrete, construction, clean-outs 10yd, 20yd, 30yd they can handle it all. There are so many things that can slowdown a project, work with the professionals at IWS and get the job done simple as that!

Canceled service and they removed the 2 totes and the 4 yd dumpster for garbage.,<br>We had auto billing set up and when canceled was not told of any fees.<br>Related:  - The cost for container pick up<br>ALSO WE HAD NO CONTRACT. In January we were charged a couple of bucks which we assumed was to finish the account. In February we got a charge again and their notice said it would be paid by auto pay. Of course there was no statement.<br>When contacted today the charge was for removal of the dumpster and 2 totes. Was told there was a charge whenever they delivered or took away their equipment. We changed to a much friendlier waste company with a savings of $50 per month.<br>In 8 months we will recoup the excessive charge. I would not ever do business with them and will be telling our members of our club about this so they can spread the word and let people know of the poor business practices of this outfit.....
