During a summer road trip to Texas to visit family and friends after seeing my in-laws in Ohio and Indiana, our truck suffered a blowout from running over a nail. With temperatures soaring to 103 degrees Fahrenheit and feeling more like 120 due to humidity, we were forced to stop for repairs. The truck got towed here. Contrary to other customers' experiences of slowness, the service was prompt and friendly. The staff worked diligently to install a new tire, which they got from Tennessee since it wasn't available in-shop. Although the repair resulted in an unexpected overnight stay and some delay, the shop's kindness and efficiency made up for it. They welcomed our dog inside and even offered a ride to our hotel. Given the situation, the service was courteous, efficient, and fairly priced for the truck tire. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, fair price and customer service. They do charge extra if you use a credit card.

I need to make this clear. This shop sat on one of my cars for over a year, nearly two years. I provided parts when they could not find them. At an expediate rate. It was not a priority. I had provided some money upfront.<br>My car was robbed of its rims, I Had to provide those. They left a spacers off the hubs, instead of putting it back. They also overcharged me upon releasing it to me. After all the damages I incurred while he left my property to rot on his lot. And when he wanted his money he wanted it then. He couldve been a much better person with me, but he chose not to be. Go somewhere else.

Do not send your car to these people, they had my car multiple times and overcharged me every time. If you need something done on your car make sure you get a second opinion on what needs to be fixed first, they will not hesitate to overcharge you and do extra work on things that don’t need to be fixed in order to make more money. I wouldn’t call them scammers because that would an insult to people who actually know how to scam but these people are close to it. For those who ignore my review I will pray for you and your car, but to those who are smart enough to take my review seriously you have been warned..
