I first called for a swaybar link part and spoke with Eric on the phone who left me on hold for 15 minutes and when he got back on the phone said he forgot about me then went back to look for my part then forgot me again. After 20 minutes on the phone he said they have the part. When I got there Eric is the same person that helped me was very rude and distracted talking to his coworkers. I asked a few questions about the part I got and he completely blew me off with every question. I wont be going to this location again with this bad service. Hopefully they retrain Eric on customer service.

Everything is so overpriced, it's hilarious! I didn't have what I was looking for, went in for bulbs, and all they had were the really expensive LEDs. I went in for a replacement bulb and walked out with overpriced LEDs. Definitely not worth the money, but bro, it has a lifetime warranty! I'm definitely going to return these.

Had to get one of my car’s headlights replaced. The team at the store was friendly and kind, and after finding the right bulb even went out to my car with me and replaced it on the spot! Quick and easy! Great service!
