I've been taking my 4runner to this shop for many years to get routine oil changes and general maintenance. I got my last two sets of wrangler duratract tires from them as well.<br><br>My lower control arms were shot, and I had been putting off the replacement work. On my last visit to get an oil change, the manager Felicia told me that their certified mechanics could take care of those suspension components for me.<br><br>Moments later, I was provided w/ a competitive quote and given ample time to review it. After the team answered a few of my questions, I decided to move forward. They ordered the parts and got moving on it! During the day, I received follow up calls with updates and it ran so smooth.<br><br>Glad that this shop can take on more complicated tech work. Felicia and her team worked with me to provide the best value. The front staff, techs, and mechanics were extremely professional.<br><br>While in the waiting area, the complimentary coffee and water is a nice touch. If you can't wait and don't have a ride, then you can walk down to BART or jump on the 14 Mission.<br><br>Next up - new tires, and an alignment!

I ordered a pair of tires from Amazon and had them installed here. Everything went well from start to finish. The 2 people in the office (Andy & Luba) were very friendly and did not try to upsell. I had a quick chat with the mechanic who pointed out a few things he noticed with my car to keep an eye on. Great experience all in all.<br>Just be aware that you may need to wait for a while (2 hours in my case). There are coffee shops in walking distance, so bring a book to read or some work to do.
