Mateo was my hero on a dark and stormy night. My windshield wipers got tangled on the freeway and stopped working, which was pretty terrifying. After several minutes of trying to wrestle them back on myself, I decided to go to O’Reilly’s to get a replacement set. Good thing cuz one was completely warped and required a screwdriver to pry off. This is the last time I’m using high school mobile detailers (who didn’t even clean between the seat and middle console!).<br><br>Anyway, Mateo was awesome, knowledgeable and even offered to help me swap the bum wipers out in the rain. He was friendly and honest, letting me know how I might be able to get a warranty in case there might be an issue with these new blades a year later (just need the invoice #). So grateful O’Reilly’s is even open late til 9pm! Great community resource!

Just got great service from Steven for a new battery. I called around 9:15 they didn’t have the battery I wanted but he got one ordered and delivered in about 90 minutes. I was able to pop over and get it installed. Actually it was very corroded and he did a great job of replacing it. He and his manager are very helpful. I would recommend
