I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts tonight! I came in needing help with my headlights, and Javier, who assisted me, was incredibly kind and patient. He checked my headlights, my main headlight and the mini bulb that needed to be replaced, looked up my account, and walked me through my choices for different bulb types. He even explained the warranty and gave helpful recommendations so that I could make the best choice.<br><br>What stood out the most was how willing Javier was to help, even though it was less than 30 minutes before closing. After paying, he grabbed the new bulbs and replaced them for me right there, all while having friendly small talk and making the whole process easy and stress-free.<br><br>His customer service was outstanding; he was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process! I really appreciated the support and will definitely be returning in the future.

This store is very clean and not as busy as the other O’Reilly stores near me. I like coming here for this reason. My most recent experience here was extremely positive. The guy at the counter helped me get all the parts I needed for the project I am working on. The guy was polite and very informative regarding the best parts to get. He also went out his way to gather these parts for me.
