Parked temporarily in an unauthorized parking spot and got my car towed. It is my fault. However they took great care of my car. No scratches, scuffs, or anything. I read many other reviews saying they scratched and damaged peoples’ car so I was very relieved when mine was okay. The guy who towed my car was very respectful and polite. I got my car back very quickly, under 20 min.<br><br>I took one star off because when I called ASAP Towing to get my car back, the other person was extremely rude and short tempered. The pricing was also outrageous. $485 cash or $502 visa. I paid cash. Definitely learned my lesson. Don’t park in unauthorized parking, even temporarily!

Please yall don’t get towed by this place, they scam and charge you over 400$ I understand I was at fault but I’ve never been charged that much for a tow. It says they charge 200-210 an hour yet I witnessed my car being put on the lot and it was less than an hour. I have a tracker in my car and witnessed it all.

I Believe<br>Scam By Property owners the towing company ASAP comes every 20 minutes and picks up a load of cars leaving the parking lot. Looking like it's available parking even though the signs are up. The business is Rick's and it isn't a business. They got the most horrible food. When they are open and they're not open barely at all. This parking lot should be open to people like us that go to support our community instead of charging us $400 to fees. Having to go to LA Puente and missing work children missing school. This is the biggest scam I've ever seen. My truck has a dented bumper. I am going to be reporting this. I sat and watched them haul off another batch of cars. After they had taken mine, I was waiting for a ride with 4 kids. In the rain.Got ice Cream From across the street walked back truck was gone.<br>We were only at the place for 10 minutes.we cross the crosswalkGot the ice cream went back to the vehicle set.One ice cream on the seat The ice cream was still sitting on the seat. When Got truck Back Today!<br>Very very upsetting.<br>Definitely deserves no stars rude people rude business.
