I came into Firestone for an oil change. Luis Navarro was very helpful. He informed me that I also needed a new air filter and cabin filter. He even showed me the filters it was so disgusting. I was grateful how he went above and beyond to show me and made me feel like I was in good hands with my vehicle. I will be coming back to this store for now on. I highly recommend this location to everyone. The honest and transparency is absolutely on point.

The work was done efficiently, the pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. My car has been running perfectly since the repair.
