Nice enough staff. They said that my parts would be in when they opened in the morning. Left my phone number they said that they would call me in the morning. Called in @ noon. Nope don't have your parts. Oh wait they just now this minute came in. You don't have to bullshit someone just to bullshit someone. Honesty goes much further with me. If they would have said oh hey the guy that ordered the parts forgot or we were supposed to call you in the morning and forgot sorry about that. Whatever. It's still a good source for parts. Attention to detail is a Mf

The level of service and knowledge of the staff here is unprecedented. These guys were so patient and hands on with my elderly father and his questions, and helped solved a mystery that had been plaguing us for months. Best place for auto parts, hands down.

First of all, I want to say that Moe, the Store Manager, went out of his way to try and help me out with an order that I placed online to pick up at this location. I would give him 5 stars on his own.<br><br>The online ordering system needs some work. I needed some different fluids that I had to pick up that day. I went online to the Napa website to place an order. There are several different Napas in my vicinity and each gave their own specific date as to when the order would be ready. Most stated that it would not be ready until the next day, but a couple said that it would be ready the same day, including this location. Since the information was unique to the specific location, I assumed that it would be accurrate. This Napa closed at 6:00 and I arrived at 5:45 to pick up my order.<br><br>In fairness, I did not receive a confirmation stating that my order was ready, but I assumed that it would be since my receipt had a pick up date of that day. Unfortunately, they did not have all of the fluids in stock. It seems like they order parts from a nearby supplier for the same day delivery to their store if they do not have them in stock. My order was placed at 2:00 and I assume that it must have missed their cut off for delivery that day. I understand that there are cut offs, but they should take this into consideration when determining when the order would be ready. I am not sure where the disconnect is since some stores clearly stated that the order would not be delivered until the next day.<br><br>Anyways, Moe went out of his way to check several different area including his warehouse to see if he could find the fluids that I needed. Unfortunately, they did not have them in stock, but his effort was appreciated.<br><br>To Corporate Napa - If you want to take online orders, your inventory system needs to accurately reflect the availablity of your products.
