My car had gotten its rear bumper totaled by a reckless driver at a parking lot. No one got hurt thank God! Yet, for what was my first time navigating the car mechanic scene at Loma Linda, I am grateful for Vilchez Auto Care’s service. Communication was clear and direct. All the people seek the wellbeing of the car, and I appreciate the time they take to provide high quality service. It’s also a bonus to see the waiting area be well furnished. The value reflects an effort to get the original, best parts. The people here know what they are doing. God bless you all.

First of all I would like to start saying how glad I am that I found a place like Vilchez Auto Shop. Roughly about two months ago I was hearing a clicking noise on my toyota camry which it was time to replace the axles. At first I was really worried, I thought it was gonna cost me a fortune to get it fixed and also I was having a difficult time finding a professional, decent and honest repair shop to work on my vehicle. Because every other shop was telling me different things just to get my money. But not this one, Mario was honest right up front and he was able to fix my car for a reasonable price without having me going back and forth. Mario is not just a mechanic he's also a great family man that can give you great advice. 10 / 10 would recommend

THIS SHOP IS AMAZING!<br><br>I work nearby and saw the good reviews and decided to give them a shot. I took my vehicle in and gave them a list of things I wanted looked at. They did it quickly with honest feedback and solutions. This is a shop that wants what’s best for the customer and are not trying to rip anyone off. I had them fix multiple things on my vehicle and each time they do amazing work for a VERY reasonable price.<br><br>Thank you Mario for the amazing work and help!
