If I could give this place a zero star I would. I went in for a battery test and to replace wiper blades. When done I asked if they replaced the wipers and they said no. That set me back about 20 minutes. Then when they said it was done, they couldn’t find my keys. That set me back another 40 minutes and I missed a previous scheduled appointment. When I asked for a credit for the wiper blades they said no they couldn’t do that. What kind of customer service is that. Rest assured I will not be going back

Great service by Jorge and Team, I was informed of my issue via text message with links pointing out to me the issue and how to proceed to resolve it. It was also followed by a call from Jorge and what I would like to do. Service was done in a very timely manner and professionalism, thank you all.

Can I tell you how terrific they are? My family had an accident, and the car was towed to All American. Ricardo and his team not only handled the issue with the car promptly, but we were juggling a few delicate family/safety issues and the team went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help our family out and make sure we were safe and did it in the most caring and kind way.<br><br>I believe I treating people with heart. It’s so wonderful to know that there are still business out there that care, too.
