A close friend of mine has been trying to get her personal items back from a vehicle repossessed by Davie Auto, and it has been three weeks with no resolution. She’s called repeatedly and cannot get a straight answer or a callback.<br><br>It’s unacceptable for someone’s personal belongings to be held up this long with no communication. Policies are one thing, but customer service and basic decency should still apply. This has been handled very poorly.

got my car repoed! and all the staff were professional with me! went to get my personal items in the car, they sent a guy to go get it! nothing is missing! Ive seen alot of bad reviews but with me , it was smooth! I apreciate it

I am extremely frustrated with how Davie Auto has handled this situation. The rental car I was using was repossessed, and my personal belongings are still locked inside the trunk. It has now been three weeks, and I have received no clear answers, no returned calls, and no real help getting my property back.<br><br>I understand repossession policies exist, but there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of communication and the difficulty I’ve faced just trying to retrieve my own personal items. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this and keep getting the runaround.<br><br>This has been a stressful and disappointing experience. A company dealing with people’s vehicles should have a clear and humane process for customers to recover their belongings. Right now, Davie Auto has shown very poor customer service and professionalism.
