This is for anyone having an issue with this company. In 2021, my vehicle was towed due to an accident. Shortly after I went in to retrieve what I can from my vehicle as well as sign a release form due to not being able to pay for the vehicle to come out. The lady at the desk let me know everything was fine and it would be auctioned off but come to find out FOUR years later I'm just getting notified by the dmv I have a lien on my account and cannot renew my new vehicles registration. I spoke to management and they were absolutely no help. Honestly, this all seems a bit fishy due to them selling my vehicle after I signed a release form then trying to get payment from me years later with zero communication there was even an issue (even though by law they have to notify me and my insurance company before selling). I've asked for records of previous calls I supposedly made to them and for documentation of the auction, I'm still waiting for a response. Please know your laws and rights because these are crooks. I will make sure to contact a lawyer if this issue persists for unlawful selling of my previous vehicle since they say I didn't sign a release form which I did (can't sell a vehicle without notifying owner or getting the title, which they supposedly didn't get because they say they didn't see a release form). P.s, keep all documents no matter if it's FOUR years later. I want to add an officer had stated to me that I'm coming under another vehicle which makes me believe they didn't successfully transfer the title and released to the new owner once sold. This would be legally handled especially if my previous vehicle is in possession with someone else, doing God knows what with my name on it.

Thieves with a license to steal from working people! This towing company is nothing short of licensed thieves. They towed my truck and trailer from right in front of my business during Thanksgiving break while we were out of town. Their excuse? "Abandoned vehicles." How is it abandoned when the signage on the truck matches the signage at the address they towed it from? By the time we returned to the country, they had already sold our 2019 equipment, whether they sold it at all or for how much is anyone's guess. They are nothing but liars and professional scammers. It's absolutely disgusting to see how they exploit people under the guise of legality. Shame on you. I hope life gives you exactly what you deserve for the harm you cause hardworking people.
