If I could give the company a 0 I WOULD! granted I didn’t pay parking but I was only there for 5 minutes! When I asked how much to drop my car he said $75 ! Not $175 not one seventy five but 75! And on top of that ! Before the car was lifted my friend was already in the car! Don’t worry everyone under here ! There will be a case made on them! They watch and wait not even long enough for you to go far! So that you can pay extra than you would to get your car!

This company is a scam. They towed our car when we were legally parked and blamed it on the parking signs in the area. They said our tag didnt match the tag in the system. We confirmed the tag as it was displayed in the app showing that we paid and they said they are not arguing that we didn’t pay but that we would have to come to the tow yard so they can figure out what happened. When we arrived they confirmed it’s the same tag and what happened is that there are two park mobile signs in The parking lots and we used the wrong one. We used the one that was right in our parking lot. We showed them the payment and they still wouldn’t do anything about the charge. Not to mention while we were there, another family pulled up with the same exact issues because they just got towed and were in the same parking lot as us. I believe they do this to scam people very deceiving. Not to mention when we went to pick up our car from the yard, the actual tow truck driver started threatening everyone there and told the clerk to not service us until will move the car we had drop us of there . He pulled up to the tow yard very aggressive and yelling at everyone saying “close the window until they move” . Mind you this is on Christmas Day. The only respectful person was the clerk although the issue wasn’t resolved he kept calm the entire time.

Never been HAPPIER 2 get towed! I called in and they picked up! It was late like 9:30 and they said I could come THAT NIGHT! So we hoped in an uber and came and bam someone was actually there and we paid $185 and bam we got the car! It was the smoothest towing experience I’ve ever had. He told me it’s only $29 per night storage fee too! that’s cheaper than parking fees
