STAY AWAY!!! They are very unprofessional, I had my car on wood they completely drop the car and refuse to tow my car. Call me a liability when clearly don’t know how to do their job properly!

Avoid Magic Tows! Terrible experience with Magic Tows. My vehicle was towed, when I arrived on scene, the tow truck was still there. I offered to pay the drop fee immediately, but the driver refused and insisted we follow him all the way to their St. Cloud location.<br><br>Once we arrived, instead of helping us, he locked my car behind a gate and made us wait about 30 minutes while he put it away. When we finally went inside, the price had jumped by about $250 in bogus extra fees, bringing the total close to $450. No proper paperwork was given, and the staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to explain any of the added charges.<br><br>This company shows no professionalism, transparency, or basic respect for customers. They take advantage of people and make a stressful situation even worse. I do not recommend them.

I was really impressed with them. I was trying to get a tow from another company (recommended by my dealer) but they weren't able to get a truck out to me and recommend Magic Tow as someone THEY trusted. They said they'd have someone out to me in about an hour and arrived at my house within 45 minutes.<br><br>I have a Prius that won't start, and couldn't even be shifted out of neutral. Matthew (tow truck driver) was able to pick it up from my driveway and get it onto the truck with no problems. I asked him how long he'd been driving a tow truck and he said ten years. That experience really showed in how well he handled what I was afraid was going to be a very difficult situation.<br><br>Car arrived at the dealer with no problems, car in great shape. I'd use them again!
