I was on thee phone with receptionist and must had me on speaker. A very rude gentleman stepped in and just start talking to me nasty and rude. I’ve never been through the process of having an accident before and was just trying to ask some questions and he seemed irritated that I was taking up her time. He told to talk to my insurance and hung up on me. If they are that rude with a potential customer I would not use them to fix my vehicle. I was very polite and was just trying to figure out the process but he must not of had his morning coffee yet. Thankfully there are other shops in the area because I wouldn’t deal with a company that has poor customer service. The receptionist was nice but he just took over our conversation.
