I’m only giving one star because it’s required to leave a review. If I could give negative stars, I would.<br><br>This place is unprofessional and clearly just looking to rip people off. After our car was in an accident, and towed to this place, we called on Friday to arrange picking up our personal belongings. Beth rudely told us to come on Saturday and said it just needed to be before 3:30. At no point did she mention any extra fees.<br><br>We arrived Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and were immediately told by a very rude man that we had to pay $50 just for him to open the gate because it was the weekend. When we explained that Beth specifically told us to come Saturday and never mentioned a fee, he said he didn’t care what Beth told us and that “those are the rules.”<br><br>This was during an already stressful situation—we weren’t asking for towing, assistance, or special treatment. We simply needed to retrieve our personal belongings from our car. That was literally right there behind a gate that had a simple lock and key pad lock. Charging $50 to literally unlock a gate is nothing but a money grab.<br><br>There was also another customer that came and was just as frustrated as us, he was treated just as bad.<br><br>To top it off, their “office” is a tiny outdoor shed that looks like it’s meant to store lawn equipment. The entire operation feels shady and poorly run.<br><br>Rude staff, misleading information, and predatory fees. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone, especially during a moment of hardship.

Huge scam.<br>Reported to local police and Office of Attorney General.<br>Car broke down, FHP came and called for a tow, these guys showed up. Charged $700 for the tow and under 48 hours of storage. Now I have to go through small claims court to get the money back.<br>Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely don’t use them, why it’s still is business is questionable because they go through personal belongings and take things that don’t belong to the m and it’s bad enough we are paying them to get our own vehicle back
