While I was driving my husband’s truck, I noticed the tire pressure light came on and I was frantic when I realized the pressure read only 11 PSI. I promptly called the guys at B&B who were able to fit me in between school pickup and cheer practice. Upon inspection, they discovered a giant metal tire weight (who knows) and let me know they wouldn’t be able to patch the tire. They were honest, professional, efficient, and gave me several options to order a new tire and swap the spare to the matching wheels. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to as can sometimes be the case when a woman walks into a repair center. I appreciate them accommodating me in a convenient manner and will continue to use them as we have been since we moved to Spring Grove. Thanks guys!

I used B&B Auto Center for a towing service today. I was driving home with my daughter from Wisconsin Dells back to Chicago and got a flat tire on the highway. It’s not easy to find help on a Saturday evening, and after spending two hours on the phone trying to figure out what to do, I finally found the right company.<br>They were quick, professional, and extremely helpful. Arrangements were made smoothly, and I felt so relieved. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received from B&B Auto Center. Highly recommend them!

Been here twice, the first time was getting new tires on and they were honest about popping one and replaced both with new tires! The second time a tire needed to be patched and they did it for free!!! These guys are great, honest, great prices and they actually care about the customers. I highly recommend them to everyone, their towing service is great too.
