Had low tire pressure on a cross state trip, so we brought our car into CarX to be looked at. Not only did Mike put our car up on the lift and diagnose the problem free of charge, but after seeing he didn't have the tire we needed in stock, he went out of his way to call businesses across the Quad Cities until he found us what we needed. Thanks Mike and CarX for getting us back on the road!

Had my car in for an oil leak...was told I needed a new oil pan because the drain plug was cross threaded....when informed that they in fact touched the plug last, I didn't need a new oil pan, just a new gasket.... a week later I have a more oil on my driveway and garage floor than the initial leak and nobody can answer a phone call...I'm getting ahold of the BBB tomorrow morning and hope someone gets ahold of me from the company....not impressed at all....called the 1-800 number....the ext # just leads to more prompts for a name....BBB it is
